That is a lot of reading. Where are the parts where it talks about the blue dress and the cigars?
I probably agree with most of the Act itself, i am just not sure if I trust the enforcers of it. There are already questions of the prosecution of the men in Detroit and believe the charges against them were dropped because of prosecutorial misconduct.
I also saw some articles saying that the group of men in Lackawaana were given the choice to plead guilty or go to Guantanamo without trial. The Justice Department, of course, denies this, so it is hard to say what really happened. But, it just sounds like something we would do to show we are getting somewhere. Especially in an administration where small victories are made to look like V-E day, and failures are overlooked.
